A leading financial institution is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to Senior Executives and team members.
Principal Responsibilities:
– Assist the Director with calendar management and meeting schedules
– Coordinate meetings / venue bookings
– Manage reception, mail, courier, and switchboard
– Order office supplies and manage supply relations
– Database management, handling invoices, payment reminders, reports
– Carry out general administrative duties, such as, photocopying, filing, faxing, archiving, word processing, etc
– Provide administrative support to team members as required
Requirements:
– At least 1 year of related work experience gained from an MNC
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese
– Ability to multi-task and prioritise, with a strong sense of urgency
– Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
– Strong client relationship skills and ability to liaise at all levels
– Excellent Microsoft Office applications
– Strong team player and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as they arise
