Our client, a leading insurance group, is looking for a Solutions Architect for their Actuarial and Finance Systems Transformation. The selected candidate will be leading the related data architecture, governance, and management strategies. This role will be the lead person in leading their Data development across the firm.

Responsibilities:
– Understand the systems architecture for the Actuarial and Finance Systems need.
– Design the Accounting and Finance Data Management Framework which suits the new Actuarial and Finance systems.
– Lead the definition of the enterprise data models, policies, and standards that support and align with the firm’s vision and objectives.
– Work with the senior leaders in defining the technology strategy, solutions, and architecture in data.
– Establish and maintain the Actuarial and Finance systems architecture across data, solutions and enterprise framework.
– Provide End-to-end data design and management for data acquisition and processing, data quality, and governance for the Enterprise Data platform.
– Work with the Business stakeholder team in understanding the data flow, requirements and adoption.
– Design and document the architecture for the non-functional requirements of the end-to-end system encompassing security, reliability, maintainability, availability, and performance.

Requirements:
– At least 10 years of working experience in solutions architecture and technology delivery.
– Experience in Accounting and Finance related systems design, ideally with exposure to Actuarial data.
– Strong project management skills in managing business solution implementation and delivery projects.
– Industry experience with an Insurance company or consulting firm would be a great plus.
– Experience in implementing data solutions on Cloud platforms would be preferred.
– Strategic thinking and communication, which is able to coach and lead all levels of people.
– Strong leadership and influencing skills.
– Good knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, etc.
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable University.
– Excellent communication skills in English.
