Vince Natteri is a passionate technologist with a degree in Computer Engineering. He has been part of Pinpoint Asia from the very beginning and has placed over a hundred candidates in the Finance Technology sector in Hong Kong/Singapore/Tokyo. He is seen as the go-to guy for Technology hiring by his clients and as a trusted career-partner for his candidates. Matthew Chung is a Co-founder and Director of Pinpoint Asia. Having specialized in finance technology recruitment in Asia for nearly 8 years, he’s made a tangible contribution to the strategic expansion of his global financial clients in the region. By giving personal and detailed attention to the needs of each candidate, along with his first-hand insight of the market, Matthew has helped numerous candidates land their dream job and career in finance.
Prior to recruitment, he was a .Net/Java developer with a degree in Computer Science and likes to believe that he can still code.

Prior to joining Pinpoint, Danny gained two years of global work experience in the international trade and marketing space. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Software Engineering.

Leslie Ho graduated in Computer Science from the UK. He moved to Hong Kong over nine years ago and joined Pinpoint as one of their recruiters focusing on Finance and Technology recruitment. His technical background and understanding have now made him the go-to guy for all infrastructure roles covering Investment Banking & Financial Markets, Insurance, Cloud Computing & Hi-Tech.
Outside of the office, Les can either be found at the gym learning how to Box or online with the Playstation4. He has recently started learning bass.

Chen graduated from New York University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Mathematics. Chen found his niche at Pinpoint Asia specializing in the Institutional Securities and Wealth Management space, primarily covering project management roles in technology. He is constantly learning and staying updated on the latest financial market trends and developments, and is intent on using his knowledge in this field to benefit candidates with greater exposure and good financial reward. Chen prides himself on his ability to help candidates make the best career moves based on the analysis of medium-and long-term macroeconomic conditions.
In his off-time and on weekends, Chen enjoys playing basketball, reading crime fiction, watching legal thrillers, hosting barbecues, and visiting car shows. He is also a recent property investor and enjoys long conversations about residential and commercial real estate.
