Vince Natteri is a passionate technologist with a degree in Computer Engineering. He has been part of Pinpoint Asia from the very beginning and has placed over a hundred candidates in the Finance Technology sector in Hong Kong/Singapore/Tokyo. He is seen as the go-to guy for Technology hiring by his clients and as a trusted career-partner for his candidates. His efforts and his intimate knowledge of the industry have won him accolades from his candidates and clients alike. He is very responsive and his enthusiasm is known to be contagious!

Matthew Chung is a Co-founder and Director of Pinpoint Asia. Having specialized in finance technology recruitment in Asia for nearly 8 years, he’s made tangible contribution to the strategic expansion of his global financial clients in the region. By giving personal and detailed attention to the needs of each candidate, along with his first-hand insight of the market, Matthew has helped numerous candidates land their dream job and career in finance.
Prior to recruitment, he was a .Net/Java developer with a degree in Computer Science and likes to believe that he can still code.

Prior to joining Pinpoint, Danny gained two years of global work experience in the international trade and marketing space. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Software Engineering. He is currently a chartered full member of Hong Kong Computer Society (HKCS).

Lu Zhang has been with Pinpoint for several years. She is trilingual (English / Cantonese / Mandarin) and enjoys teaching Mandarin in her spare time!
Leslie Ho graduated in Computer Science from the UK. He moved to Hong Kong over four years ago and joined Pinpoint as one of their recruiters focusing on Finance and Technology recruitment. His technical background and understanding has now made him the go-to guy for all infrastructure roles covering Investment Banking & Financial Markets, Insurance, Cloud Computing & Hi-Tech.
Outside of the office, Les can either be found at the gym learning how to Box, or online with the Playstation4. He has recently started learning bass.
Jennifer Palmer is originally from Hong Kong and has a mixed English and Chinese background. After graduating from the University of Brighton (UK) and spending 11 years working in the UK, she moved back to Hong Kong and joined Pinpoint Asia in 2010. Jennifer takes on the role of Operations Manager, where she is responsible for HR Management, including, internal recruitment, on/off boarding of staff and contractors, reference checking, reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures, and providing general HR support and guidance. Additionally, she is responsible for Contracts Management, and manages new agreement negotiations, renewals, pricing, client servicing, payroll service enquiries, invoicing enquiries, and general contractor management. Jennifer also manages projects for Pinpoint, including, developing and implementing process and service improvements, leading marketing initiatives, and managing all MIS reporting.
Jennifer is a working mum, so outside of work, she dedicates every moment she has to her son and her family.
Zeo Wong is a fast learner with outstanding communication skills. Since joining Pinpoint Asia in 2015, he has been bridging his clients’ hiring needs and his candidates’ career goals, and he builds solid relationships with all partners. Relatively new to recruitment, he enjoys learning more about the IT and finance market every day.
He studied in Tsinghua University of Beijing and gained global perspective as an active member of an international student’s organization. Prior to joining recruitment industry, he worked in people facing positions. He is an enthusiastic tech and gadget fan.
