Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Experience leading firms to an IPO level
- Someone who has helped mainland Chinese companies list in the US
- Someone senior enough to be a bridge between the company and Investment Bank for managing the IPO process
- Fluent English needed, Chinese a plus
- Investor Relations/Public Relations experience needed
