Our client, a global investment bank, is looking for a strong and ambitious desktop / helpdesk engineer who wants to develop their career in finance.
Responsibilities:
- IT Helpdesk for installation and troubleshooting for desktop hardware, software systems, network, and printers
- Escalate support to L2 IT Support or external vendors
- Dealerboard and market data systems support
Requirements:
- 1-5+ years relevant working experience in an administration or operations role including
- Active Directory, DNS, MS Exchange, MS SQL, and networking (routers, switches, VPN, firewalls)
- Market Data systems (eg: Reuters, Bloomberg, ETNet etc) would be good to have
- Must have excellent communication skills in English and be able to communicate with users at all levels
