Our client, a well-known MNC, is looking for Financial / Professional Services candidates wanting to move to a new and exciting sector.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute learning and development strategy
- Design, coordinate, implement and conduct training programmes, including, management and leadership development; professional skills development; specialist training; induction; culture and diversity
- Liaise with business managers and employees to design and customise training courses; develop, review and update training material
- Engage and develop strong relationships with senior managers and other key stakeholders
- Develop L&D related metrics to assess the effectiveness of the L&D training initiatives; generate reports for management
- Drive L&D / HR projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2 – 3 years of L&D experience, with hands-on experience in L&D programme delivery
- Experience in managing training / people development initiatives
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Detail orientated with highly developed client service skills
- Good IT skills including, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Photoshop
- Willing to travel occasionally
