Our client, a leading financial institution, is looking for professional and experienced Banking IT Service Support Advisors to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle telephone hotline enquiries from banking application users
- Provide support services to the users by advising/guiding/training them on the IT applications and answering their enquiries
- Identify and escalate system problems to the relevant internal IT teams
- Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
- Actively participate in service improvement initiatives within the team; recommending changes to procedures/processes/systems
- Participate in team and company projects relating to customer service, processes, and systems
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Administration / Information Technology
- 2 – 5 years of relevant experience within banking industry and call centre IT service support
- Strong client servicing skills and telephone manner are essential
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
- Knowledge of banking applications
