Our client, a top notch Financial Institution is currently seeking an experienced Incident Manager.

Responsibility:
- Writing

- User Manuals
- Financial Trading System Manuals/Procedures
- Methodology Guides
- Programming API Manuals, etc

Requirements:
- Excellent English language skills. English must be spoken as a first language
- 1-3 years of experience in technical documentation and/or writing experience
- Some experience in finance or at least a strong passion for it
- Experience in Technology/Desktop Publishing Systems
- Japanese language skills big plus
- Understanding of Trading Systems is a plus but not mandatory
