Requirements:
- Strong experience managing high impact incidents in a mission critical environment
- Experience in Infrastructure across Unix Server platforms/WinTel/RDBMS and so on
- Experience in the finance industry as an Incident Manager
- Management skills (people + infrastructure) and overall control of the process
- Excellent communication skills in English
- ITIL background needed
