Our client, a top tier multi-national technology firm, is looking for an accomplished Quality Assurance Director with enterprise technology background to join their Asia Pacific team. Great remuneration and fantastic growth potential.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, establishment and enforcement of quality assurance measures and testing standards of new applications,  products throughout the SDLC with management of the QA engineering team
- Ensure software quality complying with regulatory standards and industry standards
- Create and manage testing methodologies and process for the testing data collection and analysis for software, system and product quality
- Develop and manage change control process, practices and guideline for new and existing technologies
- Determine and select the appropriate the use of automated test tools and data collection tools
- Manage test plans and script for tracking defects and fixes in the SDLC

Requirements:
- At least 10 years experience software development in Java and .Net, with at least 5 years direct experience as a QA Manager in managing design, development and implementation of software testing
- Strong knowledge and experience on system testing metrics, best practices and methodologies
- Direct hands-on experience with query programs, automated testing tools and reporting software
- Excellent command in written and verbal English
- Bachelor degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science from a reputable University. Master degree is highly preferred
