Our client, a top tier financial institution is currently seeking a seasoned Senior Technology Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Domain experience in CRM/Private Banking or e-Banking
- Manage all technology and possibly some business aspects of a project and be able to run 2 – 3 projects simultaneously
- Identify stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels with them
- Manages the project planning, including effort estimation, budgeting, resource planning, risk remediation, dependency management etc
- Responsible for maintaining strong project governance and transparency on all aspects of the project
- Delegates responsibilities for business analysis, development, testing and deployment efficiently and effectively
- Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the project and ensures that the agreed SDLC is followed and that all output, as per the quality plan, is delivered and appropriately maintained

Requirements:
- 8-13 years of experience in end-to-end Project Management (PMP or similar methodology preferred)
- Solid experience of managing application development projects of large scale, sophisticated, integration projects (Front-to-bank systems)
- Hands on project management of front office / web based applications
- A process oriented manager who has excellent experience in SDLC & agile development
- Someone with a development background preferred
- Experience in managing multiple virtual teams, preferably including China teams
- Bachelor degree from a reputed university
- Excellent communication skills, Mandarin speaking skills a plus
