Exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven consultant to join one of the market leading software providers for top Hedge Funds, Securities firms/Brokerages and Investment Banks.

Requirements:

- At least 4+ years’ experience in a role dealing with sophisticated clients: providing pre-sales technical support (usability, integration and implementations issues)

- Conduct technical presentations, gather requirements, create documentation, and execute installations & training whilst keeping the client informed

- Technical knowledge:

- Windows Server/Desktop installation, configuration and support
- Navigate using UNIX / Linux commands (scripting a plus)
- Microsoft Office

- Must have excellent written and spoken English.  Mandarin is a plus

Candidates based in Hong Kong highly preferred
