Our client, a leading finance firm, is looking for a accomplished vendor manager with enterprise technology background to join their regional team.

Responsibilities:
- Build/Manage long-term strategic relationship with the vendor
- Manage/Lead the vendor to achieve quality service delivery to ensure that local/regional business needs are met
- Provide contract management
- Measure the performance of IT vendors and provide quality assurance to ensure desired quality of service (including quality, cost, productivity, relationship)
- Financial and Risk Management (Ensure that Audit/Compliance requirements are met and visibility is provided to regulators)
- Provide Transition and Change Management

Required Skills:
- Senior IT professional with 8 year+ experience
- 5 years+ of management experience in large scale technology implementation and project delivery with outsourcing component
- Offshore outsourcing experience is preferred (such as China or India)
- Demonstrable project management skills (planning, budgetary control etc.), Negotiations skills, good verbal /written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure services
- University degree in Computer Science or related fields
- PMI Certification is preferred together with a working knowledge of CMMi
- Ability to take self-initiatives and provide leadership to high-performing teams
- Strong problem solving capabilities
